Data

We may process, but we do not retain any Personally-Identifiable Information (PII).

A certain amount of data is stored by us:

Data Stored within monday.com 

The majority of Smart Courses data is stored entirely within the monday.com infrastructure. Data stored in monday.com includes information about:

• courses content and attachments
• course configuration
• course permissions

Data Stored within Creativas

A limited amount of information is stored outside monday.com but entirely within our managed services. We do not store any PII. Data stored here include:

• Information required includes the account_id of the monday.com account.
• Logs showing when Smart Courses was installed and uninstalled on a particular client site.
• App-level configuration data

• Course session; metadata about taking a course (e.g., participants' progress, date started and completed, quiz results, item ID);

• monday.com user_id of the course participants;

Data stored outside monday.com is physically stored within our managed services, which run in Heroku, Dublin, Ireland.
