The standalone Smart Terms for Jira Cloud app has been deprecated and should be uninstalled. 

Smart Terms is compatible with Confluence and Jira. To highlight your terms in Jira, please connect your Smart Terms Glossary app to Jira as follows:

  1. Open the Connected apps sections of your site administration 
  2. Click on View app details for Smart Terms Glossary to check the app details
  3. Update Smart Terms Glossary if the app is not up-to-date
  4. Open the Connections tab and connect the app to Jira
