How can I find the Support Entitlement Number (SEN) of my app?
You can get the SEN either through :
Your SEN (Support Entitlement Number) can be found under the Manage apps section of the global Administration page:
Click on Administration cog icon.
Select Apps.
On the left-hand menu, click on Manage apps.
Find the app in the list.
Click on the arrow next to it to open its tab.
This will load your app details, where you can find your SEN number.
Before you begin: To see the SEN in your MyAtlassian Account, you must either be the Technical Contact or Billing Contact.
Log in to http://my.atlassian.com.
Find the product license and expand. The SEN will be displayed
