You can disable the advanced table filter from Smart Tables version 3.1.0 onward.

Global Configuration

You can disable the advanced table filters in all spaces from the Smart Tables configuration.

You can disable the advanced table filters in the current space from the Smart Tables space settings.

From the page actions, select Smart Tables and choose Disable filters to disable the advanced table filters in the current page.
