Features and improvements

1. Featured courses: You can now highlight key courses by marking them as featured from the catalog configuration, ensuring they appear at the top of the catalog for easy access.
2. PDF links are no longer supported
   
3. The completion date column in user dashboards has become available for users
4. Added a new course dashboard button to the player's sidebar for smoother course navigation 
5. You can now open a course by clicking on its thumbnail from the catalog grid view 
6. New thumbnail uploads are limited to 2MB
