I have the right to create a course, but I receive an error message or the creation process is blocked.
What to do?
Smart Courses app user not having the appropriate permissions
- Make sure that Smart Courses app user does have admin permission in the space where courses will be created.
Confluence user group not properly set
- If you use a custom default user group for Confluence access (other than “Confluence-users”) (as shown below), please uninstall the app and reinstall it. Stay assured you will not lose your data.
