User dashboard

Smart Courses User dashboard is located under User profile > Courses

All the attended and assigned courses by the Selected user are listed in this section.

1. Filtering

Course type

Filter by course type: Regular, Exam, or Scrom.

Status

Filter by course status: Complete, or Incomplete.

Assigned

Allows to filter the assigned courses for the Selected user

2. Export insights

Export all of the grid data in XLSX or CSV format.

Admin view

When accessed by a Confluence Admin or a Smart Courses Admin, the User dashboard displays an extended view with all the data available in the Global insights.

When All course types filter is selected, some columns may not be available for a given course, their cells are then greyed.

Attendees will be able to view their session progress, their due dates and download their certificates in their current time zone (when available) without having to open the course player.
