Some space admins may notice that some of the courses belonging to their spaces are not showing up in the following global lists:

For Global insights and User dashboards, permission to view insights is required to view course insights. 

Missing space data for space admins in the global view is a known issue related to Confluence search. As a workaround, space admins can access the space and view the data within the following space lists:

  • The Edit courses section of the space catalog
  • The Space insights

If the data is also missing in the space, we recommend rebuilding the Confluence search index.
