As a space admin, I cannot find some courses in global lists

Some space admins may notice that some of the courses belonging to their spaces are not showing up in the following global lists:

• The Edit courses section of the global catalog
• The Global insights
• The User dashboard of other users accessed from the global catalog

For Global insights and User dashboards, permission to view insights is required to view course insights. 

Missing space data for space admins in the global view is a known issue related to Confluence search. As a workaround, space admins can access the space and view the data within the following space lists:

• The Edit courses section of the space catalog
• The Space insights
• The User dashboard of other users accessed from the space catalog

If the data is also missing in the space, we recommend rebuilding the Confluence search index.
